A split winch band shaft fast rotating device is provided herein. The device is disposed at the band shaft extension end at one side of the winch mount, and includes a band shaft joint and a rotator. At least one crowbar hole is set on the rotator. The rotator is coupled to one side of the band shaft joint with a unidirectional linkage mechanism set at the contact surface thereof. The band shaft extension end has at least one pin hole. The band shaft joint could be inserted into or covered on the band shaft extension end with a detachable connection mechanism arranged therebetween which could make the joint fixedly connected to the extension end by inserting one or more axle pins into the pin holes. The split winch band shaft fast rotating device is low in cost, convenient in maintenance, flexible in operation, and could improve the bundling speed of the winch.
A goods fastening apparatus is disclosed which comprises a pipe fixedly connected to a body and a gear rack passing through the body and partly muff-coupled with the inside of the pipe. A hand grip and a positioning claw are hinged to the body through a primary pivot. A driving claw is hinged to the hand grip through a secondary pivot. A plate spring is positioned between the driving claw and the positioning claw. A mobile stopper sheet pressed against the plate spring is provided at the upper portion of the body. A stopper pin is fixed at the hand grip. The stopper pin is positioned at the edge of one side of the positioning claw facing the gear rack while the front end of the positioning claw is embedded into the gear teeth of the gear rack.
A ratchet wheel for a lashing apparatus in the mechanical technical field is provided as a lashing tool. It addresses the problem in a current lashing apparatus that the mechanical strength of the reel is relatively poor. The ratchet wheel of the present invention comprises a wheel body with ratchet teeth mounted on its outer edge. The wheel body has two shaft holes for the reel to pass through, and a supporting strip between the two shaft holes, which is fixed to the wheel body and protruded to one side of the wheel body. When assembling the ratchet wheel, the two supporting strips of the ratchet wheel are faced towards the inside, so that the distance between the two supporting strips is shortened and thereby the mechanical strength of the reel enhanced. There may be various ways to connect the supporting strips with the wheel body. The ratchet wheel of the present invention is characterized by enhanced distortion resistance of the reel and improved mechanical strength of the lashing apparatus. Furthermore, the lashing apparatus has significantly improved performance but with only a slight increase in the product cost, and it is safe and reliable with high use values.
