An inkjet ink contains at least one coloring material selected from the group of C. I. Acid Yellow 23, C. I. Direct Yellow 86, C. I. Direct Yellow 132, and C. I. Direct Yellow 173, and a coloring material including a compound expressed by general formula (I): ##STR00001## wherein in the formula (I), each M independently represents hydrogen, an alkali metal, ammonium, or an organic ammonium.
An imaging apparatus according to the present invention includes a transmitting path transmitting the output electric signal, and a read out circuit performing a sampling and holding operation for holding the electric signal read out through the transmitting path, and performing a reset operation for reset of the transmitting path, and includes a control unit for controlling an outputting drive circuit and a read out circuit so as to perform row by row the sampling and holding operation after a start of the output operation, to perform the reset operation after the sampling and holding operation, and to perform a termination of the output operation after the reset operation. This can provide an imaging apparatus and a radiation imaging apparatus that can reduce a frame time without reducing an S/N ratio of an image signal.
Provided is a field-effect transistor including an active layer and a gate insulating film, wherein the active layer includes an amorphous oxide layer containing an amorphous region and a crystalline region, and the crystalline region is in the vicinity of or in contact with an interface between the amorphous oxide layer and the gate insulating film.
A nanoimprinting method includes: forming at a region for performing a first nanoimprinting process on a substrate, a first patterning region with a first affinity to resin; forming at a region for performing a second nanoimprinting process on the substrate, a second patterning region with a second affinity to resin, the second affinity being lower than the first affinity; applying the resin to the first patterning region and transferring a pattern of a mold to the resin by the first nanoimprinting process; and modifying the second patterning region to a region with affinity to resin that is higher than the second affinity, then applying the resin to the modified region, and performing the second nanoimprinting process to process the second patterning region thereby connecting patterns formed at the first patterning region and the second patterning region to each other.
An inkjet recording head includes a connection-state output circuit provided on the recording element substrate of a recording head, where the connection-state output circuit externally transmits data of the connection state of each of input signal ends. An output from the connection-state output circuit is activated when the same logic as that used when signals are pulled up and/or pulled down is used.
