A bucket wheel has a conical supporting body constructed as an inner shell rotatably mounted on the bucket wheel axis and a device which co-operates with the supporting body to accommodate the buckets on the outer rim of the bucket wheel. The supporting body is prolonged radially by a prismatic-type outer shell arranged on the supporting body parallel to the device, which has cell-forming dividing walls on its radially outward peripheral region. The prismatic shell, viewed in the radial direction, is shaped from a plurality of approximately trapezoidal steel plates which are welded to one another, making a plurality of bends, to form a polygonal conical envelope.
An infinitely variable hydrostatic transmission drive for self-propelled machines having a plurality of transmission motors which are fed from a common displaceable transmission-drive pump, at least one variable displacement motor having a swashplate which can be swung back into a zero position and at least one fixed displacement motor are provided in hydraulic parallel circuit. The motors operate in at least one case via a common back gearing on a common output, a shift coupling being provided between the variable displacement motor and an output.
A system of a tensioning wheel of multi-part construction for a tracked vehicle and a mounting for the wheel includes (a) a support body on the lateral vehicle superstructure, (b) an idler-wheel carrier which partially surrounds the support body and is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and (c) an idler wheel which is rotatable around the idler-wheel carrier. Furthermore, a connecting member is guided from the idler-wheel carrier through the wall of the support body, which is made partially hollow as a cavity in the transverse direction of the vehicle, to an adjusting element disposed in the cavity.
A bucket wheel body includes a supporting body having a frustoconical region, a radially outer circumferential region, and a radially inner circumferential region. The frustoconical region forms a carrier body; the radially outer region forms a rounded annular carrier for supporting buckets and the radially inner region forms a rounded hub support. The hub support, the annular carrier and the carrier body form a one-piece construction and jointly define an S-shaped cross section. A disc-shaped hub body is attached to the hub support. The hub body has an outer circumferential edge and a central opening. The outer circumferential edge of the hub body is in engagement with the carrier body, and a terminal edge face of the hub support is in engagement with the hub body along a zone radially inwardly of the outer circumferential edge of the hub body.
