Lightweight concrete panel having perimeter of parallel side and end edges, reinforcing grid extending between edges. Border portions adjacent edges of panel define relatively stiff peripheral frame which surrounds inner portion, inner portion having corrugated lower surface. Corrugations and lower surfaces of border portions have acoustical coating of elastomeric material to provide integral resilient mounting of panel and reduce transmission of air-borne and impact-generated sound. Acoustical coating is expanded polymer sprayed onto lower surface or granulated expanded polymer bonded to lower surface.
