Convertible sign
Abstract
A convertible sign in which one or a plurality of rotatable prismatic signs
is arranged to be rotated through fixed angles by a Maltese cross and gear
arrangement and to be locked in a new position by a lock fitted between
arms of the Maltese cross. A plurality of signs can be fixed to rotate
together. A track-and-carriage mechanism coupled with an eccentric is used
in one embodiment to rotate and lock the signs.
