FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, both side elevational views being identical;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof, the top plan view being identical.

The showing of the rear of the figures which are shown on the front of FIG. 1 has been omitted in FIG. 2 for ease of illustration.
