FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof, the broken lines indicating a bottle are shown for illustrative purposes only; and

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof, showing the central bottle cap member in a depressed position.

The right side elevational view is a mirror image of the left side elevational view, shown in FIG. 1.
