FIG. 2 is an enlarged side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an opposite side elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a greatly enlarged end elevation view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror image of that shown.
