FIG. 7 is an inside rear elevational view taken generally on the line 7--7 of FIG. 1, the outside rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 8 is an inside front perspective view of a second embodiment of the design of FIG. 1, the only differences being the configuration of the handle and thumb turn;
