FIG. 2 is a front and side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is a rear and side perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.
