FIG. 9 is a side view of the cover of FIG. 6;

FIG. 10 is a left side view of the tray of FIG. 6;

FIG. 11 is a top view of the cover of FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom view of the tray of FIG. 6, the top of the tray being a mirror image.

The exterior rear of the package forms no part of the claimed design.
