This application claims the benefit and priority of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 11/601,902, filed Nov. 20, 2006 entitled "Pet Bed Overlay, System, and Retrofit Kit", which is incorporated by reference thereto in their entirety, as though fully set forth herein.
